This trail has a parking lot at either end. We started at the southernmost parking lot and rode north. We drove along Route 6 and turned on to Head of the Meadows Road.

At only 2 miles one way, this is perhaps the simplest trail to ride on the Cape. Even though it is short, please remember to bring water as the day an be warm or the wind an catch your breath. Because of the abundance of birds and wildlife, it is one of our favorites. The beach is beautiful, too.
